Delivery is normally 3-5 working days after placing your order. However, please allow 7 days before contacting our customer services department.
DPD will be the courier company dispatching your order to Denmark.
You may be required to sign for your parcel when it is delivered. If you are not at home when the parcel arrives, a card will be left for you to arrange an alternative delivery date with the courier.

Delivery Costs
Standard Delivery 3-5 working days costs 79.00 DKK however delivery is FREE if you spend 600.00 DKK or more.
Conversion Rate
VAT in most European countries is higher than the UK's VAT rate of 20% so our conversion rate has to take this into account to reflect the increased European taxes that we must pay. For example the rate in Denmark moms is set to 25%.
